Career Planning and Employment – Helping Individuals with Autism, Mental Health Needs, and Disabilities Find Success in College and Career
Fraser Career Planning and Employment offers a variety of services for teens (Age 14+) through adulthood and into retirement who have a disability limiting their inclusion into the community for education and employment. This includes the spectrum of neurodiversity and other disabilities.
Education and employment is an individualized experience. To best support program participants, Fraser focuses on understanding individual goals, support needs, potential challenges and personal success strategies. During the intake process, an individuals’ support plan is developed in coordination with their support team and guided by the services available through their funding source. As staff work with individuals and get to know them better, plans can be updated or revised to assure long-term success.
