From American Blvd East, take an immediate left, then a right.
Bloomington Suite 6, Community Supports/ Inclusion Services, houses a team that serves people in the community. The office does not accept drop-in visits. If you would like to schedule a meeting, reach out to your Case Manager or Coordinator.
The Clinical entrance is behind the building. Go around to the back of the building. You will see the clinic entrance at the furthest corner from American Blvd.

Fraser Bloomington offers autism and mental health services to infants through adults. The clinic also provides Neuropsychology, Pediatric Therapy and Career Planning and Employment.

Whether you or a loved one are dealing with depression or anxiety, or have autism spectrum disorder (ASD), our clinic has a variety of services available. Our staff works with you to identify strengths and challenges. Then we create a treatment plan individualized to each person’s needs. We help people achieve maximum independence through skill development, coping strategies and custom interventions.
